Degreasing New Mesh or Previously Used Mesh

Degreasing New Mesh
1) Use a degreaser that contains an abrader that is made for screen printing mesh.
2) Wet the mesh with water.
3) Using a brillow pad type brush, apply the abrasive degreaser.
4) Gently scrub the mesh right to left and top to bottom.
5) Repeat process on opposite side.
6) Rinse with water.

Note: When rinsing the mesh, protect the degreased mesh from contaminated water in the spray out area.

Degrease Previously Used Mesh
1) Use a Degreaser that is designed for screen printing. Other cleaners will contain perfumes and additives that could cause problems with emulsion adhesion.
2) Wet the mesh with water.
3) Using a brillow pad type brush apply the abrasive degreaser.
4) Gently scrub the mesh right to left and top to bottom.
5) Repeat process on opposite side.
6) Rinse with water.

Note: When rinsing the mesh, protect the degreased mesh from contaminated water in the spray out area.
